Beginner Session 5 - Fannie Who? Finding Funding for Your Deals without Fannie and Freddie
Let's face it, the PROPERTY is only half of the DEAL. Now to find the FUNDING to make a PROPERTY a DEAL! This class will cover many different funding sources for real estate that are outside the Freddie and Fannie guidelines. We still love Aunt Fannie and Uncle Freddie because they really helped us get started in real estate but they didn't love us back much once we got beyond ten loans and no longer had W2 incomes. We desperately needed to learn to use some other tools. That is when we learned how to employ private loans, seller financing and DSCR loans, to name a few. In creative portfolio structuring there isn't a "one-size fits all" loan and the more options you understand, the more tools you have to create a portfolio that just might change your life - it changed ours!
