Will Pritchett

Will Pritchett is a real estate investor from San Antonio who retired early after building a successful rental property portfolio with his wife, Veronica. Together, they raised private money to fuel their growth, and now Will partners with those same lenders to provide Private Money Loans to other investors.

While Veronica is a long-time licensed agent with Stepstone Realty, Will focuses on the investing side of the business. He is passionate about showing others the power of real estate because it completely changed the course of his and Veronica's lives. Will believes that mastering creative financing techniques is just as essential as learning how to rehab or manage properties.

Will lives in San Antonio, Texas, with Veronica and their two kids, and they love to travel as a family. He also leads a free, open local meetup in San Antonio, where he shares his experience and encourages others to see real estate as one of the last frontiers of the American Dream—a place where everyday people can beat inflation and taxes, build wealth, and move ahead financially without taking on excessive risk or starting with large sums of money.
