Angie Rhea

Angie was first licensed in 2006 followed by her broker's license in 2009. She cut her teeth during the subprime market and became an expert at strategies to help distressed homeowners. Having perfected her skills in both the creative investing and traditional sides of Real Estate she now owns and operates StepStone Realty, a brokerage designed to support the licensed activities of creative real estate investors. She enjoys supporting her agents in their daily activities and challenges, developing and delivering education and working with a few select buyers and sellers to keep her skills sharp.
