Anita Ortiz Lubke is a licensed real estate agent, investor since 2014, and one of the first agents to join Stepstone Realty. She is also the founder of Shift Smart AI—an all-in-one technology platform designed to help agents, investors, and other small business owners streamline and grow their businesses. With experience rooted in real estate, finance and entrepreneurship, Anita understands the daily demands of staying consistent with lead generation, managing clients, and scaling operations. Her mission is to make AI and automation practical—not flashy—by focusing on what actually moves the needle.
