Veroica Pritchett
Veronica is a full time investor who is focused on long-term rentals. Veronica moved to the U.S. from Mexico at eight years old living out of a suitcase after her family lost everything in an economic downturn. She, along with her husband Will, has built a portfolio of rentals using very little of their own money. She has a Master’s degree in educational leadership. She is also a licensed realtor with Stepstone. She has experience in flips, private lending, owner finance, passive investing in apartment syndications and traditional listings but her focus is buy and hold investing. She loves the freedom that real estate has afforded her. Real estate was her ticket out of long hours as a high school administrator. She now never misses a function that her kids are involved in while she grows her family’s rental portfolio. She uses her freedom to take adventures locally and abroad from horseback riding to backpacking in the mountains. The freedom to travel with her family for weeks at a time would not have been an option before making her leap. Her favorite quote is “you can wear our or rust out, I plan on wearing out”. She and Will joke that they buy houses to get to sleep in tents.
