James Spence

A seasoned sales professional, James' career has been primarily in Wealth Management and Commercial Banking for 20 years. His multi-year expertise working for large financial institutions like Fidelity Investments, Shearson-Lehman Brothers, Santander and Capital One are paramount to our current purchasing, selling, and lending strategies, as well as the diverse financing solutions we utilize in our REI business. James also gained experience in the Home Improvement industry while in management roles at Lowes and Valspar/Sherwin Williams. This experience, along with learnings from rehabs during his corporate career, are foundational to our current success with acquisitions, renovations and contractor management. In addition, in 2017 James obtained his Real Estate license, which serves in further monetizing our own flips and listing other properties for select customers. James is an innovative thinker, problem solver, and a master at mentoring & training our growing REI Sales team. He is a Godly family man, enjoys football, hunting, motorcycles, and projects in his garage
