Tiger Butler

Tiger and Erika have been in the real estate world since 2016. They started in single family investments by doing wholesales, flips, BRRRRs, and sub-to wraps. They have also invested in commercial deals such as a small multifamily complex, an RV park, a self-storage complex, and currently hold a portfolio of single family rentals. Erika got her RE license at the end of 2016 and eventually got her Brokers license in 2021. She is now the DFW supervising broker for StepStone. Tiger has invested into a business brokering franchise that helps business owners buy and sell small-medium sized businesses. With the knowledge and expertise they’ve gained from structuring both real estate and business deals, they have a foundational knowledge of how to put solid, profitable deals together using banks, OPM or a blend of both.
