Beginner Session 5: Deal or No Deal: Analyzing Actual Deals and How To Evaluate Them

How do you know if you have a deal or not? How do you know if your rehab numbers or ARV is correct? What "red flags" should you be looking for? We will go through real wholesale deals to evaluate and see if it's a deal or no deal. Learn how to scan through the pictures to find out what to look for when estimating your rehab, the basic due diligence questions you should be asking/looking for and finally learn how to pick and choose the RIGHT comps to come up with your ARV. You should leave this class with the confidence in analyzing deals, the essential steps in the due diligence and comping process and what "a good deal" looks like for you.
